About Us
Alpine Breeze Health and Wellness offers more than a place to receive care, it’s a welcoming community where residents can build connections, enjoy meaningful experiences, and feel at home. Our active partnership with the Raytown Chamber of Commerce helps bring local resources, events, and opportunities into the community, while a full schedule of activities seven days a week keeps each day engaging and social. From pep rallies and spa days to arts, music, games, and themed celebrations, there are always opportunities to have fun, connect with others, and make new memories. With a warm, family-like atmosphere and strong ties to the surrounding community, Alpine Breeze creates an environment where residents feel valued, included, and part of something special.
Our Services
Skilled Nursing
Every resident has a unique story, and their care should be just as personal. Our skilled nursing team provides individualized care tailored to each resident’s needs, preferences, and goals. From managing medical needs and medications to monitoring health and supporting recovery, our experienced team works closely with residents, families, physicians, and therapy professionals to provide coordinated care. Above all, we focus on comfort, dignity, independence, and helping every resident feel safe, valued, and at home.
Emotional Wellness
Emotional and spiritual well-being are an important part of feeling at home. Residents have meaningful opportunities to connect, reflect, and build relationships through weekly “Circle with Susan” talks, monthly support groups for residents and families, and hospice services centered on comfort, dignity, and compassion. On-site AA meetings, twice-weekly Bible studies, weekly church services, and visits from the dogs of Forever Pets Animal Sanctuary bring companionship, encouragement, and moments of joy to everyday life.
Therapy Services
Our therapy program provides personalized rehabilitation plans designed around each resident’s goals, abilities, and needs. Therapy can be implemented at any point and in any unit of the nursing home, allowing residents to receive the support they need wherever they are in their care journey. Our therapy team helps residents build strength, improve mobility, maintain independence, and reach meaningful goals.
Memory Support
We provide compassionate memory support in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. Our trained caregivers and licensed nurses offer personalized care, specialized therapies, and thoughtful medication management tailored to each resident’s needs. Through meaningful routines and daily support, we help residents feel safe, valued, comfortable, and engaged. Our team focuses on preserving independence, encouraging connection, and creating a sense of familiarity and belonging throughout each resident’s journey.
